We are passionate about everything that applies to design – its form, function, aesthetics and style. We want our projects to be known for their design and for people to be drawn to them because of it.
We like clean straight lines. We like curves and arcs. We like the feeling of space that can be created by good design. We like colour and variation in finishes and the way these design elements can improve the aesthetic and influence a mood or emotion.
Consequently, we employ innovative and creative architects, interior designers and landscape architects who can deliver designs that maximise living, work and leisure spaces without compromising style.
We see no reason to strive for anything less than great design in every element of our projects from the buildings to landscaping. Ideally, we want the people who buy and live or work in our buildings to be stimulated by their design and to feel that their lives are enhanced by them.

My vision for Third Street, has always been to create aspirational developments that are notable for their design and quality.
Now, with a growing portfolio of successfully completed projects to our name I can see that vision becoming reality. There has been a lot of hard work, of course, but it has been very rewarding to have worked with a great team of professionals including innovative and creative architects, interior designers, landscape architects and builders who have contributed and expanded on that vision.
While I am immensely proud of what we have achieved so far, I firmly believe that if we hold true to our values of good design, quality workmanship and attention to detail we will continue to create places that are perfectly suited to contemporary lifestyles, both living and working, that will maintain their appeal within the property market.
I have also found it very satisfying to see our projects evolve through every stage from initial design to project completion, and by continuing to work hard I believe Third Street has a very bright future. With new projects currently under construction and being planned, we will continue to grow and diversify, to meet new challenges, and celebrate our successes.
